Event Description

Join us throughout the year as we read some interesting, intriguing and popular books. A fun evening with good discussion and fun.

This session''s book is "The Help" by Kathryn Stockett.  In Jackson, Mississippi, in 1962, there are lines that are not crossed. With the civil rights movement exploding all around them, three women start a movement of their own, forever changing a town and the way women--black and white, mothers and daughters--view one another.

There is plenty of time for you to grab a copy and join us, it is available at local libraries as well as any major book store.  Book club is a fun time where we gather for great discussions with our fellow members.  So get your copy and join us!  And if you missed the chance to read this book join us at this event as we will pick the next selection for the upcoming session.

To be hosted at a Member''s Home, an address will be provided upon your RSVP.
